Sport for Child Rights, Advocacy and Protection
Games Connect Africa has empowered 2,000+ children through sports-based advocacy, building leadership, child rights awareness, confidence, and resilience to prevent abuse, violence, exploitation, discrimination, and promote positive civic participation.
Sport for Economic Empowerment
Sport provides a platform to restore hope and dignity for vulnerable young mothers.
Through sports events, mentorship, vocational training and entrepreneurship education. GCA has supported 600+ young mothers to become economically independent while rebuilding their confidence and social inclusion.
Sport for community Health
Sport serves as an entry point for delivering integrated health services to vulnerable communities. Through community sports events and health outreaches, GCA has reached 3,500+ people through Medical screening, HIV prevention and care, Sexual and Reproductive Health education, Maternal and Child Health services, Malaria management, Nutrition education, Mental health support, and Psychosocial counselling.
Sport for Education
Games Connect Africa has empowered 1,800+ children with sports for education skills and learning by fostering leadership, teamwork, peacebuilding, environmental conservation, and life skills across 10 partner schools in Eastern Uganda.
